General Conditions of the Drawin'kids® Affiliate Program

Article 1 – Purpose

The purpose of this regulation is to define the conditions of participation in the affiliate program set up by Drawin'kids® (hereinafter the "Supplier").
The program allows the affiliate (hereinafter the "Affiliate") to receive a commission on sales made via their unique affiliate link.

Article 2 – Admission conditions

Participation is open to any adult with a legal status allowing them to issue invoices (self-employed, company, association subject to the law, etc.).
The Supplier reserves the right to refuse or terminate access to the program at any time in the event of non-compliance with these rules.

Article 3 – Calculation and allocation of commissions

Commissions are calculated automatically via the affiliate module integrated into the drawinkids.com website.
They are based on the amount excluding taxes and shipping costs of sales actually collected and not canceled (orders validated, paid and not refunded).
The applicable commission percentage is set at 8% .

Article 4 – Billing and payment

Commissions are paid quarterly .
In order to receive commissions, the Affiliate must send an invoice corresponding to the amount of commissions validated for the period in question.
The invoice must mention:

  • the total amount of commissions,
  • the period concerned (calendar quarter),
  • the intra-community VAT number where applicable.

Payment is made by bank transfer , within 30 days of receipt of the correct invoice.
No commission can be paid without presentation of an invoice.

Article 5 – Duration and termination

This Agreement shall take effect upon acceptance by the Affiliate and shall remain in effect until terminated by either party.
The Supplier may terminate the Agreement at any time with immediate effect in the event of fraud, deceptive business practices, or non-compliance with these Rules.

Article 6 – Liability

The Supplier provides an automated sales tracking tool. However, it cannot be held liable in the event of a technical malfunction beyond its control.
The Affiliate remains solely responsible for the content it distributes and the compliance of its communication.
