General Terms and Conditions of the Drawin'kids® Affiliate Program

Article 1 – Purpose

The purpose of these regulations is to define the conditions of participation in the affiliate program implemented by Drawin'kids® (hereinafter the "Provider").
The program allows the affiliate (hereinafter the "Affiliate") to receive a commission on sales made through their unique affiliate link.

Article 2 – Admission conditions

Participation is open to any person of legal age with the legal status to issue invoices (self-employed individual, company, registered association, etc.).
The Provider reserves the right to refuse or terminate access to the program at any time in the event of non-compliance with these rules.

Article 3 – Calculation and allocation of commissions

Commissions are calculated automatically via the affiliate module integrated into the drawinkids.com website.
They are based on the pre-tax and pre-shipping of sales that have been processed and not cancelled (orders that have been validated, paid for, and not refunded).
The applicable commission rate is 8% .

Article 4 – Invoicing and Payment

Commissions are paid quarterly .
To receive their commissions, the Affiliate must submit an invoice for the commissions validated for the period in question.
The invoice must include:

  • the total amount of commissions,
  • the period in question (calendar quarter),
  • the intra-community VAT number, if applicable.

Payment is made by bank transfer within 30 days of receipt of a valid invoice.
No commission will be paid without a valid invoice.

Article 5 – Duration and Termination

This agreement takes effect upon acceptance by the Affiliate and remains in force until terminated by either party.
The Supplier may terminate the collaboration at any time with immediate effect in the event of fraud, deceptive business practices, or failure to comply with these terms and conditions.

Article 6 – Responsibility

The Supplier provides an automated sales tracking tool. However, it cannot be held liable for any technical malfunctions beyond its control.
The Affiliate remains solely responsible for the content it publishes and the compliance of its communications.
